Phuong Thao Le, M.S.N., A.P.R.N, F.N.P.-C

Thao first immigrated to the US when she was two years old after seeking refuge with her family following the Vietnam War. Thao always had a passion for helping others, especially after witnessing the outpouring of love and support from the community she grew up in. Thao graduated from UT Arlington in 2013 with her Bachelor’s degree and worked as a bedside nurse in the neonatal ICU for six years. In 2019, she completed her Master’s to become a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Thao has always felt a strong gravitational pull towards caring for the little humans whom she has always admired for their strength and resiliency, despite all the health challenges that come their way. Once she entered the pediatric primary care world, her love for educating families multiplied along with her passion for healthcare prevention and wellbeing all while building upon a foundation of trust, rapport, and empathy with her patients and their families.

Thao lives in Arlington with her husband and son. As a first-time mom, Thao has already learned so much and yet has so much left to learn as motherhood is humbling and rewarding all at the same time. Outside of spending time with her family and friends, Thao is a major foodie who is constantly looking for the newest food hot spots and always leaving room for Boba as her dessert of choice.
